Four Seasons Boston

Location was exception. close to everything. The staff from the time you walked into the building until you walked back out was completely focused on the customer (my family). I travel 50% for my work and what really stood out was the staff , especially the folks at the front door (Valet , Bellman , etc) and the staff at the desk. When checking in the staff wanted to know what we needed and how they could make it the best trip. They realized we we heading to dinner , offered to arrange a ride and text during dinner to see if they needed to make up the sofa bed for our daughter. UNBELIVABLE

Unfortunately, there was a 'false alarm' evacuation notice on our last day (of four). Also, the middle elevator failed one day, refusing to bring any passengers up or down.

Property was immaculately, clean, and well appointed. Rooms were super clean and super quiet. Restaurant downstairs had excellent food and great service. Everybody was happy to help you and above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect .

Everything was top notch from the friendliness of the staff to the beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. It was a very special experience to stay here. The location was convenient to everything.

From the time you arrive, it was a pleasure and joy to be there. Everyone is just so nice
